- ~13 Mint Leaves
- 6 cl Gin
- 2.25 cl Maraschino Liqueur
- 2.25 cl Lemon Juice
- 0.5 cl Sugar Syrup
Process: Lightly muddle leaves in shaker. Add ingredients, shake with ice and strain into glass.
Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
Nicely balanced. It’s OK. The Maraschino liqueur has a somewhat weird taste that I’m not quite sure what to think about.
IDEA: Maybe try a bit less Maraschino?
